Energy Checking
Energy Checking is an easy and tangible way to clean and tune your toolset. This technique is taight in our "Energy Meditation and Techniques - level one" class, along with several other techniques.
An Energy Check is a quick and easy way to power up your toolset. Just use a pair of flower symbols. The first tells you how effective your tool is, while the second color energy to release, ie. the energy limits the effectiveness of the tool. Repeat until 100% or as you wish.
